Terms of use

Last updated 24 October 2026. Plain words first; the details follow.

Draft for review. This text sets out how Storeflow intends to work. Have a Nigerian lawyer review it (including against the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023) before it is published.

These terms are the agreement between you and Greenhabor Technologies Limited for using Storeflow. Please read them — they are written to be short and clear.

1. Using Storeflow

You must be old enough to enter a contract and provide true details when you sign up. You are responsible for your account, your staff’s access and keeping your password and PINs private.

2. Your shop’s records

Your records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Storeflow. You can download or delete them at any time.

3. Payments from your customers

Storeflow records how your customers paid. It does not receive, hold or move your customers’ money. You remain responsible for your sales, refunds, prices and taxes.

4. Plans and billing

  • The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Paystack.
  • Free trials end on the date shown; you can cancel before then.
  • If a payment fails we retry for 7 days, then move your shop to Free. Your records are kept.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; you can cancel before the change.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Storeflow to break the law, sell prohibited goods, try to access other shops’ data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do, after telling you why where we can.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep Storeflow running, and the apps keep selling offline. We may pause sync for planned maintenance, which we announce in advance.

7. Liability

Storeflow is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
