Do customers need to download anything?
No. The price list opens in their phone browser and the order comes back to you on WhatsApp.
Can customers pay online?
They can pay by bank transfer to your account. Storeflow records the payment — it doesn’t collect money for you.
What about delivery?
Mark orders for pickup or delivery. With the Delivery add-on you can assign a rider.
Can I change an order?
Yes. Edit items before you complete it, and the customer gets the new total.
Does it use my own WhatsApp?
Orders are sent to your shop’s WhatsApp number, so you keep the conversation.
